    + What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX), IDEAL and PayPal payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, debit card payments, or cash on delivery.

    + What about shipping costs and returns?

    We offer free shipping to most countries worldwide. Returns are accepted within 90 days after you receive your order (please note used products and sale items are not eligible for return). Return costs are not covered. If you have a problem, we'll do anything we can to help you within 24 hours.

    We offer a 1-year limited warranty. That long? Yes, because we know how important it is to offer products with good quality. 

    + From where is my order shipped from?

    All US orders are shipped from our warehouse in Dallas (United States). We ship with USPS, FedEx and UPS. Orders should typically arrive within 5 business days (within the US).

    + Are there any exchange rates? 

    All of our transactions are based in US Dollars or in Euros. If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate of the date your card issuer processes the transaction.

    + How secure is my online order?

    When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into a SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.

    + When will my order arrive?

    The delivery time is based on the shipping option that you have chosen. Once the order has shipped, we will process it within 14-48 hours and should typically arrive within 5 business days (within the US).
